Spin, splash, and shape your way through eight glorious weeks of wheel-throwing with Tim Goodman at Throw Clay Studio.

Take a deep dive into the muddy, marvellous world of pottery. With unlimited pugged cream and white stoneware clay on hand (no wedging required - hooray!), you can throw to your heart’s content without worrying about running out of mud.

Our studio is fully stocked with tools, materials, and everything else your creative heart might dream up. Each week you can make and refine as many pieces as your hands can manage, then pick your top four for bisque firing. The rest get lovingly recycled because clay, like a good story, is meant to go around again.

After firing, your creations are ready for the fun part: decorating and glazing. With a smorgasbord of slips, underglazes, and glazes at your fingertips, you can splash, brush, or dunk your way to ceramic glory. A couple of weeks later, your finished treasures will be ready to collect gleaming, unique, and undeniably yours.

Throw Clay Studio is a cosy, clay-splattered haven where beginners and seasoned throwers alike can muck in, make friends, and maybe even discover their signature wonky mug style. With Tim’s guidance, each class becomes equal parts skill-building, laughter, and a little bit of magic.
