Can’t commit to a full term of classes?

Fair enough. Eight weeks is a relationship. This is more of a fling.

Our casual pottery classes are one-off sessions for anyone who wants to have a go at clay without rearranging their life around it.

Never touched clay before? Perfect. Already know your way around a wheel? Also perfect.

Depending on the session, you can try wheel throwing or hand building, with one of our teachers nearby to show you the ropes, answer questions and intervene if your pot begins making poor decisions.

You might make a cup. You might make a bowl. You might make something that technically belongs to no recognised category of object. All acceptable outcomes.

Come by yourself, bring a friend, get muddy, make something, laugh at something else you made, and spend a few hours happily ignoring the rest of the world.

No eight-week commitment. No artistic manifesto required. Just clay, tools, a teacher and a perfectly reasonable amount of mess.
